Coaches Online Order Form

A STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Multiple STANDARD DVDs holding the 5-8 minute Team Video - one per player. These DVDs may be played on any standard DVD player.
High quality Individual and Team Pictures in an 8x10 format. These pictures will be delivered upon request via email. These pictures are at NO ADDITIONAL COST and may be ordered by visiting http://www.adubstudios.net
“The Proprietary Rights” of the team and individual pictures delivered via email will be passed to the player to print AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WOULD LIKE, IN ANY SIZE THEY WOULD LIKE.

ADDITIONALLY:

The team picture and ALL individual player pictures will be taken at the agreed upon time and location of “the shoot” (reshooting will be at a cost mutually agreed upon)
Other merchandise and photo sheet options are available at a discounted rate if ordered at the time of the contract signing. Please see the next page of the contract for details.
ACTION SHOTS will be posted in the Picture Gallery at http://www.adubstudios.net
